一般電鍋爐使用1-2年內(nèi)要對電鍋爐進(jìn)行一定的維修保養(yǎng)，有助于電鍋爐的正常運(yùn)作，定期的檢修對于電鍋爐而言也是保障其正常運(yùn)行的基本。
1、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)鍋爐時(shí)，必須切斷電源，必須泄壓。

2、燃燒器應(yīng)每兩個(gè)月從鍋爐本體上拆下來，認(rèn)真清除積炭和灰塵等異物。光電管受光面每月擦拭一次，燃油過濾器要始終保持清潔和過濾功能;仔細(xì)清洗油泵內(nèi)過濾網(wǎng)，不要破壞密封墊。燃燒器不得無油空轉(zhuǎn)，以免損壞油泵。
Burners should be removed every two months from the boiler, coke and carefully remove dust and other foreign matter. Photocell light-receiving surface wipe once a month, fuel filter should always be kept clean and filtering capabilities; carefully cleaned the pump filter, not to damage the gasket. No oil burner not idle, so as not to damage the pump.
3、安全閥每天扳動一次，以防生銹失靈。

4、水位計(jì)要時(shí)刻保持清潔，每天打開清洗閥沖洗一次，以保證水位清晰。
