燃氣鍋爐長期不使用，如果處理不及時或者是處理不當，假如鍋爐內部存在水分殘留，爐體外部有煙灰爐渣的侵蝕和銹蝕，建會導致燃氣鍋爐壽命縮短，同時容易存在安全隱患。燃氣鍋爐夏季停爐使用的保養方案，在燃氣鍋爐長期停用時，要注意爐體內部和外部的防腐保養。
1、清灰：首先在鍋爐停爐冷卻后，必須徹底清除受熱面的積灰和爐排上部、爐體下部的灰渣。
